Return Policy
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags, packaging materials, courier receipt, invoice, and any accompanying documents intact.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), we will initiate the refund to your original payment method or your preferred refund option.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway policies, but we strive to process refunds within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.
Refund & Cancellation for Service Providers
Due to the nature of services offered, no refund or cancellation will be entertained once the payment has been made for service-related offerings.
This includes any customized or subscription-based wellness or Ayurvedic consultation services provided by KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.).
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

Customers may cancel the order only before dispatch/shipping. After the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
However, customers may still initiate a return request after delivery, as per our Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) ships its products to almost all parts of India.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

For areas serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery time is usually 3–4 business days from the date of shipping.

For remote or non-metro locations, delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on the courier network and local logistics conditions.
In rare cases, there may be unavoidable delays due to logistical issues beyond our control. We request your cooperation in such circumstances.
KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipment is untraceable, delayed beyond reasonable limits, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your source account.
