Return Policy
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date they have been delivered to the customer.
Products must be returned with all tags attached, in their original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other accompanying documents.
Refund Policy
Once the product is received successfully by KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), we will instantly initiate the refund to your original payment source or your chosen method of refund.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway, but we aim to process all refunds within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to the nature of our service-based offerings, “No Refund” and “No Cancellation” will be entertained once the payment has been made.
This applies to all consultation, subscription, and customized wellness services provided by KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be accepted.
Customers may cancel an order only before it has been shipped or dispatched.
After the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, though the product may be returned after delivery as per our Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery time is generally 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays).
For remote or non-metro areas, delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and logistics availability.
At times, there may be unavoidable delays due to unforeseen logistics challenges beyond our control. In such cases, KapishCare (Unit of Acteus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) is not liable but will make every effort to minimize such delays.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion if delivery takes longer than usual or the shipment becomes untraceable. In such cases, the full amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to your source account.
